WriteTrack is a client-side JavaScript SDK for keystroke dynamics analysis. We are committed to protecting user privacy and have designed our product with privacy as a core principle.

Data Collection by the SDK

The WriteTrack SDK does not collect, transmit, or store any data. All keystroke analysis happens entirely within the user's browser. No data leaves the client device.

The SDK captures keystroke timing patterns locally and produces analysis results locally. These results are available only to the website that integrates the SDK—we never see them.

Data Collection by This Website

This marketing website (writetrack.dev) collects minimal analytics data through Seline, a privacy-focused analytics service. This includes:

• Page views (anonymized)
• Referrer information
• Country-level geolocation
• Device type (desktop/mobile)

We do not use cookies for tracking. We do not collect personally identifiable information.

Customer Portal

If you create an account on our customer portal, we collect:

• Email address (for authentication and communication)
• License information (domains, subscription status)
• Payment information (processed by Stripe—we don't store card details)

Data Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
