This policy explains how Ammil Industries ("we", "us") handles data in connection with the WriteTrack SDK and the writetrack.dev website.

1. The SDK — No Data Collection

The WriteTrack SDK does not collect, transmit, or store any data with Ammil Industries. All keystroke analysis happens entirely within the end user's browser. No data leaves the client device to us.

The SDK captures keystroke timing patterns locally and makes the results available to the website that integrates it. We never see, receive, or process this data. Ammil Industries is not a data processor or sub-processor for any data captured by the SDK.

The website or application that integrates the SDK is the data controller for any data it collects and is responsible for obtaining appropriate user consent and complying with applicable privacy laws.

2. License Validation

License keys are validated locally using cryptographic verification. The SDK does not make network requests to Ammil Industries for license validation. No usage data, telemetry, or analytics are transmitted.

3. This Website

The writetrack.dev marketing website uses Seline, a privacy-focused analytics service. This collects:

  • Page views (anonymised, no individual tracking)
  • Referrer information
  • Country-level geolocation
  • Device type (desktop/mobile)

We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising. No personally identifiable information is collected through website analytics.

4. Customer Portal

If you create an account on our customer portal, we collect:

  • Email address (for authentication and communication)
  • Licensed domains and subscription status
  • Payment information (processed by Stripe — we do not store card details)

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate writetrack.dev:

  • Stripe — payment processing. Stripe may collect your IP address and payment details as described in their privacy policy.
  • Cloudflare — DNS, CDN, and DDoS protection. Cloudflare may process IP addresses and request metadata as described in their privacy policy.
  • Seline — privacy-focused website analytics (described in Section 3 above).

6. Data Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights under GDPR, CCPA, PIPEDA, or other data protection laws, including the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below.

8. Changes
